As a mediator, I have successfully settled roughly 70% of my total cases. Even if we did not reach a settlement in the first mediation session, I will continue to follow up with the parties and schedule another session if it may be productive. As your mediator, I will not stop until I am told by both parties that there is no hope of reaching a resolution.

What is the cost of mediation?
We charge $9,000 for a full day mediation, which includes a pre-mediation phone call, preparation for mediation and all follow-up. We will not stop working until we get a finalized agreement or we're told by both parties that there is no hope of an agreement.
For half-day mediation, we charge $5,000.
